There is a large car park at the rear of the Church. Middlesbrough is on the south bank of the river Tees in the north east of England and has a population of about 250,000.

The Church is in Hird Street, although it is more readily accessed from Hargreave Terrace which is to the south of Parkgate. It is situated close to the railway, police and fire stations and has adequate on street parking facilities.

The Durham Congregation does not have its own premises but meets in the Durham Community Association's Shakespeare Hall in North Road. It is situated in the city centre and is close to all amenities. A multi-storey public car park is nearby. Whilst the hall is located above shops there is a chair lift if required.
